Do you worry about purchasing a new home and
then finding that you do not love living there?
If within six months of the
closing date of your new home you do not love it, I will get your
home sold and waive my listing commission. The guarantee does not
include transfers or closing costs and other seller’s expenses
including commissions that may be paid to a co-operating broker.
Do you worry about getting trapped into a
lengthy listing agreement with a less than competent Real Estate
salesperson?
If at any time prior to
receiving an offer you are dissatisfied because I have not done what
I promised to do, you may cancel our listing agreement and your
property will be removed from the active listings on the MLS system.
